Members turning age 65 have the opportunity to enroll in Physicians' Benefits Trust MediCap (Medicare Supplement Insurance) Program. Physicians' Benefits Trust MediCap Insurance Plans are competitively priced and your acceptance is guaranteed if you enroll during your Open Enrollment Period (within 6 months of your 65th birth month or within 6 months of the effective date of your Medicare Part B coverage).

Please remember that, if you do enroll in any Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan and want prescription drug, you will need to purchase a 'Stand- Alone' Medicare Part D prescription Plan. Please visit www.medicare.gov to review the Medicare Part D Plans that are available to you.

For the Preferred Choice and Preferred PPO your rate may change if you move into a new age bracket during the first year of your coverage. For the PPO Value Plans and the PBT Value HSA Plans your rate is guaranteed for 12 months even if your next birthday occurs during the during the 12 month rate guarantee period.
